In this podcast God is teaching us that, we can't really predict what God has for us in plan until He does them that is why we should wait on Him to establish us by Himself. Because most times when we are thinking it is a particular job that will turn to glory for us, God might have the plan to give us a company that we employ people to, the suffering is just for a while and it is important so we can be trained for where God is taking us to.
